Minimally Invasive Fillings, Tooth Reconstructions, and Reshaping

Tooth Preservation at the Highest Level

Composites (plastics reinforced with fillers) are ideally suited to replace defects in anterior and posterior teeth. With careful application of this sophisticated technique, these tooth restorations have a long lifespan (10-15 years and more). They can be optimally adapted to the original tooth shape and color.

In our dental practice, minimally invasive composite restorations are applied to the teeth with great effort and time using a special layering technique. In this process, we reconstruct each individual tooth structure. Each layer is modeled and hardened by the dentists.

Through special techniques (R2 technique), we are able to rebuild even very badly damaged teeth with composite. This often avoids crowning or even removal of the tooth. In addition, we can close “black triangles”, i.e. unsightly gaps between the teeth that become visible when smiling.
