First, we conduct an examination and consultation appointment together with your patients. Afterwards, we provide them with written documentation of the consultation, including the procedure, costs and prognosis of the treatment.

After your patient’s treatment has been completed, you will receive a detailed final report with photos and X-rays for your documentation. We would be happy to send you our printable referral forms.
